Parts, prototypes and prints. Made properly.

Flesher Engineering brings hands-on engineering and digital design together. From measuring a worn part to modelling it in CAD, printing it and fitting it, every job is thought through and finished with care.

What we do

From a broken clip to a finished prototype

One workshop covering the whole journey: the thinking, the design, the making and the fitting. You deal with the person who actually does the work.

01

3D printing

Strong, accurate FDM prints in PLA, PETG and other filaments, including multi-colour work. The right material and settings for the job, whether it's one part or a full batch.

02

Repair and replacement parts

Clips, brackets, knobs, covers and housings you can't buy anymore. We measure the original, improve it where we can, and print you a new one.

03

Design

No 3D file? No problem. We'll model your part from a sketch, photos, measurements or the broken original.

04

Prototyping

Test an idea before you spend on tooling or production. Printed parts can be combined with wood, metal, composites and electronics for prototypes that work like the real thing.

05

Installation and maintenance

On-site fitting and upkeep for businesses, so the parts we make end up exactly where they're meant to be, working as they should.

Experience

More than a 3D printer

3D printing is at the heart of FE, but it's backed by years of hands-on work across different trades and industries. So when a job needs more than a print, you're still in good hands.

From a 20-minute print of a file you already have, to a small production run that brings printing, fabrication, composites and electronics together.

  • Wood and metal

Years of fabrication experience with well-respected companies in both industries.

  • Exhibition build and install

Custom stands fabricated and installed for clients in many industries, across the UK and Europe.

  • Composites

Hands-on with epoxy and polyurethane resins, fibreglass and more.

  • Electronics and electrics

Practical know-how for parts that need wiring, power or components built in.

  • Mechanical engineering

A trained engineering background, so parts are designed around real-world loads, fits and tolerances.

The FE way

What you can expect, every time

Made properly

Parts are test-fitted, checked and cleaned up before they leave the workshop. If something isn't right, it doesn't go out.

Hands-on and digital

Calipers and CAD, slicer and spanner. Real-world engineering sense paired with modern design tools, so the finished part works in the real world, not just on screen.

Honest and personal

Straight answers and good advice, including when 3D printing isn't the best fix. You talk directly to the person making your part.

How it works

From idea to finished part

Every project gets the same care, whether it's a single replacement clip or a run of prototypes.

1

Tell us about it

Share what you need with photos, measurements and any 3D files. The more detail, the better the result.

2

We plan it

We work out the best approach, material and design, and send you a clear, free quote with everything explained.

3

We make it

Designed, printed, test-fitted and finished properly, with updates along the way if you want them.

4

Ready to use

Collected, posted or fitted on site, ready to do its job. And we're here if you need anything else.
